Getting help shouldn't be harder than what you're already going through.
At Lifewise, we removed the barriers, the commute, the waiting room, the stigma. Just you, your provider, and a plan built around your life.
Psychiatric Care Built Around Your Real Life.
Lifewise was built on a simple belief: high-quality mental health care should be accessible, personalised, and free from stigma.
Care From Where You Are
No commutes. No waiting rooms. Secure, HIPAA-compliant video sessions from anywhere in Texas, New York, Arizona, or Vermont; your home; your office; your schedule.
Genuinely Expert Care
You work directly with a licensed psychiatric nurse practitioner, not an intake coordinator. One provider who knows your history.
A Plan Built for You
Cookie-cutter care doesn’t work for mental health. Every treatment plan is built around your specific history, goals, and life circumstances.
A Space Without Judgment
Confidential, compassionate, and stigma-free. We treat every patient with the same dignity we would want for our own families.
Starting Care Is Simpler Than You Think
From your first inquiry to your first session, we have made every step straightforward, because you have enough on your plate already.
Request your initial consultation
Fill out a short form, under three minutes. Share what you’re experiencing and what you hope to address. No long questionnaires, no pressure.
Meet your psychiatric provider
Your first session is a comprehensive one-on-one consultation. We listen first, your history, your symptoms, your life. No rushed appointments.
Receive your personalised plan
We develop a targeted treatment plan, which may include medication management, referrals, or coordinated care. You’ll understand every step.
Ongoing care that evolves
Mental health care is a journey, not a one-time appointment. Regular follow-ups monitor progress, adjust medication, and keep your plan working.
Everything You Need. Nothing You Don't.
Telehealth isn’t a compromise — for psychiatric care, it is often the better option. You are more comfortable, more honest, and more consistent in your own environment.

Questions We Hear Most Often
Is telehealth psychiatric care as effective as in-person?
Yes. Multiple clinical studies have confirmed that telehealth psychiatric care produces outcomes equivalent to in-person care for most conditions, including anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Many patients find it easier to engage openly from the comfort of their own home.
Can I receive a prescription through a telehealth appointment?
Yes. As a licensed psychiatric nurse practitioner, our provider is authorised to evaluate, diagnose, and prescribe medications in the states of Texas, New York, Arizona, and Vermont. Prescriptions are sent electronically directly to your preferred pharmacy.
What do I need for my first appointment?
Just a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and internet connection. We recommend a quiet, private space where you feel comfortable speaking openly. We will handle the rest.
Do you accept insurance?
Please contact us directly to confirm current insurance acceptance. We will walk you through your coverage options and any applicable self-pay rates before your first appointment — no surprises.
How soon can I get an appointment?
We are currently accepting new patients and typically have same-week availability. Submit your consultation request and our team will follow up with available slots within one business day.
Is my information kept confidential?
Absolutely. Lifewise operates on a fully HIPAA-compliant platform. Your personal health information is encrypted and never shared without your explicit consent. Confidentiality is a core principle of our practice.
Your next appointment could be this week.
No referral. No lengthy onboarding. No rushed intake. Request a consultation and choose a time that works for you from our available slots.
