Many adults across the U.S. struggle to access consistent, high-quality psychiatric care, especially as mental health provider shortages continue to affect communities in both urban and rural areas.
Lifewise was built to help close that gap. Through secure telehealth, we provide evidence-based psychiatric care for adults in Texas, New York, Arizona, and Vermont, making it easier to connect with a licensed psychiatric nurse practitioner from home, on your schedule, without a referral, and without a waitlist.

Eva Kirara, MSN, PMHNP-BC
Eva Kirara, MSN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care for adults across Texas. She believes that effective treatment begins with trust, collaboration, and truly listening to each individual’s story.
Eva specializes in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, panic disorders, and sleep-related concerns. Her approach integrates thoughtful medication management with personalized care plans designed to support long-term emotional wellness and stability.
With a Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington, Eva brings a strong clinical foundation paired with a holistic, patient-centered philosophy.
Eva is known for her warm, supportive, and non-judgmental style. She strives to create a safe and affirming space where patients feel heard, respected, and supported — whether they are seeking help for the first time or continuing their mental health care.

Care for Adults Across Texas
Lifewise provides telehealth psychiatric care to adults across Texas, New York, Arizona, and Vermont experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, panic disorder, mood disorders, or who need ongoing psychiatric medication management. We serve patients in every part of the state, from Houston and Dallas to rural communities where specialist psychiatric care has historically been inaccessible.
We do not provide services to children or adolescents, and we do not provide psychotherapy or talk therapy. Lifewise is a psychiatric evaluation and medication management practice. Where therapy would benefit a patient’s care, we coordinate active referrals to licensed therapists in their area.
